Thomas "Tom" Edgar Rothman (born 21 November 1954) is an American film executive. He is co-chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Filmed Entertainment with Jim Gianopulos.^[1] Rothman is also known as the host of the Fox Legacy television series airing on the Fox Movie Channel, in which he provides background and behind-the-scenes information regarding the making of films broadcast on that channel.^[2]

Personal life

Rothman was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a graduate of Brown University and Columbia Law School, and is married to former actress Jessica Harper, with whom he has two daughters. Rothman is the brother of actor John Rothman.^[3]^[4]
